Jetta (Waterbound on the Road Again to Capeway) was bred to beautiful Sonny (Waterbound Everything under the Sun at Capeway) and ultrasound confirms pregnancy, puppies due in June of 2025.
Both parents are health tested with good results.
We expect high energy pups with great performance potential, as well as super structure and health.

Capeway Kooikers is located on the beautiful south coast of Massachusetts.
We live on a 14 acre farm with horses, our dogs Dia, Jetta, Shine and Sonny.
I have competed in a variety of dog sport, primarily with German Shepherd dogs, and American Pitbull Terriers.
We found our way into the sporting group, and were very involved with Irish Red and White Setters.
We showed our setters to their championships and Grand Championships.
While at a conformation show, prior to breed recognition, we met a Nederlandse Kooikerhondje.
I was completely smitten. My research brought me to Waterbound Kooikerhondje and Sheryl Fuller.
Sheryl's commitment to excellence and breeding philosophy was and is, precisely what I was looking for in a breeder.
Finding a puppy quickly was not my goal...finding the highest quality, was.
The wait was well worth it. Dia, (Waterbound Seas The Day TKN) entered and richly blessed our lives, and set us on our Kooikerhondje path.
As we move forward with the Nederlandse Kooikerhondje, we are committed to careful selection of any breeding stock, and dogs are chosen based on temperament, structure, health and pedigree.
We consider ourselves and like minded breeders, to be guardians of the precious breed.
We are passionate about these wonderful dogs, and are always happy to chat, answer questions, or share information.
Our foundation dogs are all by Sheryl Fuller/Waterbound, with whom we have not only the best of mentors, but also the dearest of friends.
Our collaborations have created some special dogs for Capeway.
